Battle field help for the Cold Steel Mercs captain

All of a sudden I have two events to go to in September! As I cannot be bothered to change my army list I will be taking the same old Necron list I have been using since 6th ed was launched. In fact I had planned a tele-porting themed army for over a year before that!

The Northern warlords GT is seriously hard core. The list of players includes some of the top UK players and I know they will be pitching up with the filthiest lists possible. I hold out little hope for my poor old tin heads! However, in the mid table there are some great chaps who I know will have beautifully painted armies and the right kind of attitude so I should be able to get in some great games. (At least this will help me learn the rules)

The Team Challenge is a different beast altogether. Playing as a member of a team puts more pressure on the individuals not to let the rest of the team down. Again we will be playing for mid table mediocrity and although I am sure we will all play to win we are not taking it too seriously – as you will see from our lists below. In addition I have decided that rather than ‘pair’ our matches strategically I intend to randomly draw opponents which should make some of our more competitive opponents heads’ explode!
